{Our Story} 100+ years old building
The building, was initially constructed in the late 1925 to early 1927 with the precise date being difficult to pinpoint. Initially the ground floor was developed as a horse barn and repair shops, in line with the neighborhood activity, to facilitate the need as a logistics center. Note that traders would carry their merchandise to be transported to the Patras port or pick up merchandise to transfer elsewhere.

The building was initially constructed in the late 1925 early 1927 with the precise date being difficult to pinpoint. Initially the ground floor was developed as a horse barn and repair shops, in line with the neighbourhood activity, to facilitate the need as a logistics center. Note that traders would carry their merchandise to be transported to the Patras port or pick up merchandise to transfer elsewhere.
The owners expanded the building though construction of the upper levels which were used as a main house of the family, offering at the simultaneously accommodation to the business partners. Later the building was bought by a Jewish gold trader who used it as a family house. The Family is known for its active social life hosting numerous Balls and Parties gathering very rich and famous people of the local society
Around the 1970s the building was abandoned and has stayed vacant until we undertook its transformation.
There are more STORIES BEHIND THE WALLS and in our streets than we can count – and it is this rich and varied past that guides everything we do. Each apartment-suite has been carefully and individually designed using construction materials such as stone, wood and marble. Straying away from common impersonal accommodation, where every element fights for dominance while achieving an ideal balance and harmony of spaces, resulting in accommodation with a distinct character and identity.
